Positive Thinking

The first thing I do every morning is write down 10-20 things I am grateful for and why I am grateful for each. The “why” makes this very powerful! This starts my day off on a powerful upbeat note and reduces my stress all day. If at any time during the day I start to get stressed about something, I think about things I am grateful for again and it changes my attitude immediately. I can finds things to be grateful for in any situation and it always makes me calm down and get happy.
